TSG Global Week 2026 at Szkoła Podstawowa z Oddziałami Dwujęzycznymi nr3 im. Kornela Makuszyńskiego in Płock, Poland

From May 22nd to 31st, 2026, Kornel Makuszyński Bilingual Elementary School No. 3 actively participated in the international event TSG Global Week 2026, implemented as part of the European ENTI Games project. Our school was honored to be the local organizer of the event in Poland 🇵🇱.
For several days, the school playgrounds were filled with activity, laughter, and great fun. Students in grades 1-4 participated in numerous games, activities, and sports competitions inspired by traditional games from various European countries.
The goal of the event was not only to promote physical activity but also to integrate children, teach cooperation, develop fair play principles, and demonstrate that sports and fun can bring people together regardless of age or background.
The project coordinators at our school were Martyna Detmer and Daniel Sieradzki, who oversaw the organization of all activities and the event. Approximately 300 people participated in the event, and each day brought an abundance of positive energy, laughter, and sporting excitement. Children had the opportunity to explore new forms of physical activity, learn teamwork, and spend time in an active and meaningful way.
We are proud that our school was able to be part of such a unique international initiative.

TSG Global Week 2026 at the School of Applied Arts in Rijeka, Croatia

Traditional Games Week was celebrated at the School of Applied Arts in Rijeka during physical education classes. The students had the opportunity to play traditional games such as Blind Man’s Buff, Black Queen, and bocce. They gladly took part in all the activities and showed great enthusiasm throughout the games.
The atmosphere was cheerful and lively, and the students were happy and satisfied to spend time together in a fun and active way. Through play, they not only enjoyed themselves but also learned more about the value of traditional games, teamwork, and social interaction.

Durango Projects Itself to the World with the Strength of Tradition
The Mexican Federation of Indigenous and Traditional Games and Sports (Federación Mexicana de Juegos y Deportes Autóctonos y Deportes A.C.) is making its presence felt on the global stage through the Indigenous Traditional Archery Encounter – TSG Global Week 2026 Partners, bringing the ancestral spirit of the peoples of the State of Durango to the international dialogue.
In this context, AJUDATED AC (Asociación de Juegos y Deportes Autóctonos y Deportes del Estado de Durango A.C.) organized a wonderful event promoting traditional archery as an important element of the intangible cultural heritage of the region and the country as part of TSG Global Week 2026.

The "Tradition Continues" event took place in Skopje, North Macedonia, on May 24, 2026.

The organizers invited primarily younger generations, including school and preschool groups, as well as high school students, to engage these age groups in traditional games and sports. A traditional, advanced sport in North Macedonia is traditional wrestling, Pehlivan. Traditions related to games and competitions, such as stone throwing, stair jumping, tug-of-war, short races, and other games, were also presented. These traditional competitions aim to preserve centuries-old traditions in our lands, which constitute a cultural heritage and treasure for younger generations.
