One of our friends visited a Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes during a summer time, history is also good thing to chill out :)

Projekt ,,Motywacja'' start!
Przygotowania na przyszły rok rozpoczętę pełną parą. Zaczynam z wagą 92 kg i lecimy z redukcją na całość. Od miesiąca leci siłownia plus w dni nietreningowe bieganie. Z czasem bieganie zmieni sie na treningi fechtunku i sparingi (jeśli ktoś ma chęć dołączyć to gorąco zapraszam!). Poza treningami będzie sporo rzemiosła i zastrzyk motywacji dla innych.

Project "Motivation" start!
Preparation for the next season has started with a full power. I'm starting with 92 kg and I'm gonna lose a lot!. For a month I make a workout in a gym and between training days I'm running. With a time running will change into fencing (if somebody wants to join, feel free to come). Beside trainings I will make a lot of handcrafts and spread my motivation to another people.

To ,że nic nie pojawia się na fanpage to nie znaczy ,że nic nie robimy ;) Korona zamroziła ten sezon ale to nie znaczy ,że nic nie będzie się działo ;) Przygotowania do następnego sezonu trwają i wkrótce pojawi się wiele ciekawych projektów trzynastowiecznych!

So far nothing is showing up on our fanpage but it doesn't mean that we are doing nothing ! Corona stopped this season completly but it doesn't mean that nothing will happen! We are prepearing for the next season and we will make many intresting projects soon!
