🇬🇧| Grateful for finishing 3rd in the Polish Cup Junior standings last season.🏆 A huge thank you to Szymon Dolega for preparing me for every race, and a shoutout to Maciej Bielski - ugot2bestrong for leading my S&C training with visible results. Special thanks to Fizjodrom for ensuring I always recover swiftly and completely.

Exciting changes are on the horizon for 2024: I’m happy to continue my journey with Szymon Dolega
and Maciej Bielski - ugot2bestrong, and to welcome Radosław Dudycz and head coach Chris Brands into my team.

I also want to thank Tri Talent Team for helping me in this journey. Looking forward to a year of new challenges and improvements in 2024!📈

🇵🇱| W sobotę zostałem nagrodzony za zajęcie 3. miejsca w klasyfikacji generalnej Pucharu Polski Juniorów w zeszłym sezonie.🏆 Chciałem podziękować Szymon Dolega za przygotowanie mnie do każdego startu, oraz dla Maciej Bielski - ugot2bestrong za prowadzenie moich treningów siłowych z widocznymi efektami. Specjalne podziękowania dla Fizjodrom za zapewnienie mi szybkiej i kompleksowej regeneracji.

Ekscytujące zmiany czekają mnie w 2024: W tym roku kontynuuję podróż z Maciej Bielski - ugot2bestrong i Szymon Dolega, lecz biegowo wesprze mnie Radosław Dudycz i rolę głównego trenera przejął Chris Brands.

Chciałbym również podziękować Tri Talent Team za pomoc w ostatnim sezonie. Nie mogę się doczekać nowych wyzwań i dalszego rozwoju w 2024 roku!📈

🇵🇱 Independence Day run 🥈 & new 10k personal best—happy with the progress 📈🤩. Improved by 2.5 minutes compared to last year, crossing the line with a time of 33:35 🫡. Didn’t look as fresh at the end as in the first picture 😂.

Sundays Olympic hopes tournament didn’t work out for me, didn’t get away on the bike and ran like 💩🤡

Two very different weekends of racing…

Last weekend, I finished the European Junior Cup in Tabor feeling very disappointed, as I had terrible legs on the bike and couldn’t race as I’d like to.😕

However, last Saturday, I came back to Poland for revenge at the national supersprint championships and secured a solid 9th place in the Elite category and 5th place in the Junior category.✌️

I’m still working on getting back to my prime shape, aiming to reach it soon.🔜

Not the race I hoped for at the Polish champs but seeing some improvements after my knee injury📈. In the end 4th Junior and for now a few weeks of training before the next races🫡

Won the Polish Junior Cup yesterday after not being able to run for almost a month, caused by a knee injury🥴 The run felt horrible but heads up towards the national champs next Sunday🔥

📸 Don’t have any nice pics because was at the Dutch OD champs with (kudos to him winning the title💪🏆)

Great racing in Olsztyn at the European junior cup🫡
