Jeśli szukasz miejsca z autentyczną jogą, bez zadęcia, markowych legginsów i wszechobecnej “modern pustki”, to studio jest dla Ciebie 🥹

Jeśli szukasz fitness-jogi, ciśnięcia za wszelką cenę i dopasowywania się do asany, zamiast dopasować ją do siebie… pewnie znajdziesz to gdzie indziej. W GOJA JOGA stawiamy na sthira sukham asanam - odpowiednią równowagę między wysiłkiem a odpuszczaniem.

Tu nauczysz się na serio słuchać swoich potrzeb.

Czasem usiądziesz, czasem się położysz, a czasem będziesz stać na jednej nodze podpierając się o krzesło. Czy to typowa joga? Tak. Ale nie w Warszawie. Nawet nie w naszej części świata.

A jednak da się.

I efekty są namacalne: jak u Maćka, który przyszedł żeby w końcu się wyspać, a nauczył się przy tym spokojnego, długiego oddechu, zmniejszył stres i znalazł wewnętrzną radość.

Kasia szukała miejsca, gdzie będzie mogła zadbać o siebie - w efekcie czuje się silniejsza, bardziej rozciągnięta, spokojniejsza i wykorzystuje lekcje z jogi w codziennym życiu i pracy.

Building a new yoga studio has me in all sorts of feelings and I’m really trying to meditate and focus my energy where it NEEDS to go rather than all over the place. If anyone has tips on making that easier PLEASE SHARE. 🚑

I’ve spent the last 8 years with this bracelet and it’s taken me placessss. I feel so blessed for all of your immense support with the new yoga studio in Warsaw! Now to create more groups to fit you in this beautiful new space 🥰

When “just don’t stress it that much” is easier said than done, I go back to these small habits. They’ve held me through 8 months of searching for a place to rent as a new yoga studio. They’ve helped me get over my inner critic that would never be satisfied and they most definitely gave me a moment to feel rather than just thinkthinkthinkthink.

Do them as often as you possibly can and observe a shift. Let me know which of the reminders speaks to you the most 🔝

Ok let’s chat in the comments because I’m sure we all think yoga is good for flexibility and relaxation but is it really? And if so, why yoga and not something else?

If you’re new around here… which benefit did you just hear about for the first time now? 😎 I seriously had no idea when I first began my practice 13 years ago. You gave me a sweaty gym room, a hard physical practice and I was the happiest. well, maybe until it came time to lie down at the end of the class and my belly was rumbling (I thought it was illegal and wanted to sink myself under the floors so no one would know it was me!!), while my mind would run like a hamster making it’s personal best time on a hamster wheel. Ya know the feeling?

A couple of minutes to rest 🧡 sometimes that’s all you’ve got. From yoga therapy perspective I like to say we do what we can with what we’ve got. Not everyone has the same 24h in a day.

Everyone should have access to rest but we know it’s not true that everyone does have that access. So what can you do this week to offer some rest to yourself and those you love? Leave your ideas in the comments, I’ll start!
