I know how it can be difficult for everyone to start training, especially after a long day of work or during stress, the autumn blues, when there is no motivation at all. This happens to everyone, so it's important to know how to find some motivation and inspiration. Here are some tips:

✨Set a specific goal for yourself. When there is a goal, it is easier to find the strength to train, you understand WHY you are going to train.

✨Remind yourself that working out is time for yourself and is essential for your mental and physical health. Try to make exercise part of your daily routine

✨If you find it difficult to force yourself to start training, then start with something simple, such as breathing exercises or myofascial release. Try to complicate the exercises slowly. Having started slowly, you may not notice how a second wind has opened.

✨Experiment with different types of trainings. Try something new - take a group class or replace strength training with yoga or Pilates

✨Reward yourself after training with something pleasant (of course, not going to McDonald's).

Remember that motivation comes and goes, but the result stays with you. Don't give up and your efforts will be rewarded!

Let's discuss the role of exercise in the losing weight process.
The usual solution is to go on a diet and exercise as much and as intensely as possible.
Are there any results from these actions? In 90% of cases there is no result.

Let's find out why.
In order to lose weight, it is necessary to burn more calories than you eat.
So, we must either move more or eat less, but both are better.

☘️Nutrition is the main factor. Think of your body as a high-tech car. Your body needs the right fuel to function efficiently. Even with intense training, poor nutrition can be a barrier to achieving your goals.
Your diet should be varied so that your body receives all the necessary vitamins and minerals. If you stick to a strict diet, think about how long you will last? And what will happen when you return to your normal diet?

☘️Connection to Emotional Health: Stress, anxiety and mental health play a key role in our weight. High levels of stress activate the production of the hormone cortisol, which in turn can promote fat storage, especially in the abdominal area. Exercising too intensely with high cortisol may not be effective, increasing the level of this hormone and making it more difficult to lose weight and increase appetite.
If your stress levels are already high, replace intense workouts with mind and body workouts, but don't stop exercising at all. Pilates, stretching, yoga help to reduce stress level, improve mood and sleep.

☘️General Physical Health: Various diseases and health conditions can slow down your metabolism and affect the effectiveness of your workouts.

To sum it up, I would like to say that there is no magic tool and Training is a wonderful tool, but combined with a balanced diet, emotional stability and an overall approach to health. Sometimes it can be helpful to change your training program, especially when stress level is high.
Remember that self-care requires a comprehensive approach. Listen to your body and create harmony in your life! 💚

Let's talk about stretching today!

Stretching is not just exercise, it improves flexibility, relaxation and better well-being.
Today I will tell you about how stretching can transform your body and give it some harmony

🔸Advantages of stretching:
1️⃣ Flexibility and Stretching: Stretching increases flexibility, improves joint mobility and increases muscle elasticity. This is especially useful for those who spend a lot of time in one position.
2️⃣ Reducing Tension: Stretching exercises help relax muscles, reduce tension and stress. This is ideal training after a busy day or intense training.
3️⃣ Posture Improvement: Stretching helps correct muscle imbalances, improving posture and preventing back pain.
4️⃣ Improvement of Blood Circulation: Effective stretching stimulates blood circulation, which promotes better oxygen supply to tissues.

🔸Disadvantages of stretching:
1️⃣ Injury possibility: wrong techniques or too much effort in stretching can lead to injury, especially if the muscles are not prepared.
2️⃣ Stretching is not effective before strength training: Stretching before training is not always beneficial. Some studies show that static stretching before exercise can reduce muscle strength.
3️⃣ Individual Limits: Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. Some people may have limitations due to injury or illness.
4️⃣ Temporary Results: Permanent flexibility requires regular practice. Results may be temporary if you stop exercising.

Add stretching to your training program wisely and be patient and careful. Find the most suitable exercises according to your individual training experience.
A flexible body is the key to a health and comfortable active life!

How can I be useful or areas of expertise:

▫️Working with posture: A sedentary lifestyle leaves its mark on each of us, unfortunately. I can help you improve your posture and get rid of disorders (kyphosis, scoliosis) if you have a doctor’s recommendation.

▫️Gain muscle mass.

▫️Improving joint mobility and stretching.

▫️Recovery after childbirth, including diastasis.

▫️Workouts for pregnant women.

▫️Weight loss: Often, to understand the reasons for weight gain, a comprehensive approach is required, including diet. Although I do not specialize in nutrition, I am always available to provide nutrition and exercise recommendations to support your weight loss journey.

What I don't work with:

▪️Diabetes.

▪️Specific recovery after injuries (in such cases, I recommend contacting specialists in rehabilitation).

▪️Quick weight loss (looking for methods to quickly lose weight, you risk damaging your health).

I hope now you understand how I can help and what I don't specialize in. Together we will achieve health and balance! 🤗💪

Hi everyone who knows me, and to those who are just getting acquainted! My name is Dasha, and I have been a fitness trainer for almost 8 years!

Over all these years, I have gone through a really interesting path: there was a lot of training and, of course, personal experience, as well as a lot of work with clients.
During this time, I realized that the motto “no pain no gain” does not work well in reality. And this is how my own approach to physical activity was formed. I call it “fitness with no pain” - the basis of which is the pleasure of training, not compulsion.

In my work, I like to combine different types of fitness into one workout - Pilates, myofascial release and strength exercises. So, the training turns out to be as varied as possible and solves several problems at once - strengthening muscles, building a muscle corset, working with posture (which we all need!), as well as relaxation and stretching (which helps reduce stress level).

With a great pleasure I will introduce you to another world of fitness and training, where you can train with joy, taking into account not only your physical capabilities on that particular day, but also your mood!

Many thanks to all my clients for their trust and support. I am very pleased that after many years you continue to recommend me to your friends. Your support is my inspiration!❤️

Why I love Pilates so much❤️

Today I want to talk about Pilates and share with you some amazing facts about this training method. Pilates is more than just exercise, it is a holistic system that combines physical activity, mindfulness and core strength. Let’s look at some of its benefits and interesting facts:

🌟 Benefits of Pilates:
1️⃣ Core Strengthening: Pilates focuses on developing the strength and flexibility of the core muscles, including abdominals, back and pelvic muscles. It helps to improve posture, stability and balance.

2️⃣ Flexibility: Pilates helps to improve flexibility and mobility, which can be especially beneficial for those who spend a lot of time sitting.

3️⃣Mindfulness and breathing: The basis of Pilates is mindfulness of movements and control of breathing. It helps you become more aware of your body, increases concentration and reduces stress levels.

4️⃣ Improved coordination: Pilates includes coordination of movements and working with several muscle groups at the same time. This helps to improve overall coordination and body control.

5️⃣ Postural Alignment: Pilates helps to correct poor posture and muscle imbalances, which can reduce the risk of back pain and other health problems.

It’s no surprise that Pilates has become popular among people seeking a strong and healthy body. Feel its benefits and enjoy every movement.

If you already practice Pilates, tell me in the comments how it has changed your life. Get fit with Pilates! 💪✨

Let’s talk today about the strength trainings and why we need it in the first place.

🔸Muscle Mass Growth: Strength training actively promotes the growth of muscle mass, which is excellent for those aiming for strength goals or simply wanting to look toned.

🔸Bone System Strengthening: Strength exercises contribute to strengthening the bone tissue, crucial for preventing injuries and maintaining the health of bones and the spine, especially important in a sedentary lifestyle.

🔸Enhanced Overall Functionality: Strength training improves your overall physical fitness, helping you better cope with daily tasks and an active lifestyle.

🔸Accelerated Metabolism: Large muscle groups involved in strength training can contribute to a faster metabolism, aiding in the weight loss process.

When performing strength training, be attentive, and remember:

🔻Risk of Injuries: Incorrect technique of exercises or lifting heavy weights can lead to more injuries than bodyweight exercises. It’s crucial to maintain the right technique and load level, starting workouts under the supervision of a trainer.

🔻Equipment Requirements: Full-fledged strength training may require access to gym equipment or free weights, which may not always be convenient.

🔻Need for Rest: Optimal rest between workouts is essential for recovery, which can limit the frequency of strength training.

🔻Specificity of Goals: If your goal is not strength but, for example, endurance or flexibility, strength training may be less of a priority. Intensive strength exercises with heavy weights can reduce flexibility; it’s important to maintain a balance.

Strength training is an excellent tool for building a strong and healthy body, but it should be part of a thoughtful and balanced workout plan. Don’t forget about proper technique, rest, and your individual goals! 💪🔥

Gym Workouts or Online Training?

Online:
➕ You can exercise at any time that suits you.
➕ No need to spend time on commuting, saving time.
➕ Flexibility in choosing a trainer; you are not tied to a location and both of you can be in different countries.
➖ You need to have the necessary equipment and have enough space for exercises.

Gym Workouts:
➕ A big variety of equipment and machines. ➕ Friendly atmosphere, inspiration from others.
➕ Live communication with both the trainer and fellow participants.
➖ Time is needed for commuting, and gyms are often crowded.
➖ Limited choice of trainers based on the location of the gym, plus you or the trainer may change residence.

In my view, both options have their pros and cons. Online training offers freedom of choice and flexibility, while gym workouts provide the opportunity for social interaction and access to a wide range of equipment. Choosing is not mandatory; you can always combine both options depending on the situation. What type of workouts do you prefer?
