Handstand is not a pose you can do mindlessly. If you don’t pay attention and you're not present you will fall. This is my answer to people asking why I do handstands. It is a grounding experience

W zwiazku z tym, ze siedzę i myślę jakby tu przeorganizować tryb prowadzenia zajęć / wciągnąć więcej ludzi do zabawy - a z końcem roku zakonczylismy cykl dla początkujących - postanowilem zrobić sobie miesiąć przerwy od uczenia. Zajęcia wracają w Lutym! Więcej info wkrótce! Tymczasem zapraszam na jamy, które odbywają się we wtorki i w niedziele, i gdzie postaram się pojawiać i chętnie Was uczyć jeśli będziecie mieli ochotę - oczywiście nieodpłatnie :)
