A short warm-up before a workout is an important part of physical activity 🏃 It prepares the body for the workout and most importantly, prevents injuries! 💪
Of course, there are many exercises that are ideal for warming up muscles before cycling or aerobic training, among others. Even a 10-minute warm-up is able to raise the body temperature by about 3 degrees, increasing muscle flexibility and improving respiratory and circulatory function 👌.

We take it upon ourselves to make sure athletes have a great app. Recently, our Android app underwent a major redesign. Each week it is more and more powerful. We are working hard to ensure that the Good Coach App service meets the needs of both coaches and their athletes.
Dzisiaj w nowej wersji aplikacji iOS udostępniliśmy zawodnikom możliwość połączenia się z Polar Flow. W ciągu dwóch tygodni pojawi się wersja na Androida zawierająca tę integrację. Im więcej będzie użytkowników, tym będzie ona stawała się lepsza, oczywiście w miarę danych, jakie przychodzą z Polara. 🙂
