Hi, my name is Oleg.

I am 27 years old, I was born in Kazakhstan, and I lived there until the age of 18.

The first time I went to Poland was at the age of 15, and I really liked it. From that moment I decided that I wanted to live there.

After successfully passing all my exams, I enrolled at the university in Wroclaw. Those were some very memorable years and I really enjoyed my time there. During my studies, I went to the USA twice, this gave me some new experiences and I met some really good people.

It has now been more than 4 months since I moved to the city of Warsaw 😌, the capital of Poland.

How boxing appeared in my life 🥊

It all started at school. I was always active and enjoyed individual sports.
I have been playing hockey for more than 5 years and always lacked something, I just lacked individuality.

From age of 16 started to grasp some interest in boxing. It all started with a video on YouTube by watching tutorials for beginners 🙄

In fact, many who start boxing do not tell the true reason why and what their beginning looks like. But in fact, if we talk about guys, this is primarily to increase self-confidence 😅

After some time, I came to the gym and began to train seriously. Over time, this began to bear fruit, as I was taking it seriously. Later, I came to the conclusion that the biggest motivation is when you see the results of your work done 💪

Now I am a certified boxing trainer and do what I love. I found myself and sure you can do it too😌

😎Czy boks to sport dla kobiet?
Czasami dajemy się zaszufladkować w pewne stereotypy. Te sporty są dla kobiet, a te dla mężczyzn. Wypada robić to, a tamtego już nie. Boks dla kobiet? Jeszcze cię wyśmieją, pobiją i tak to się skończy! Nic bardziej mylnego! Nie zgadzam się z takim podejściem do życia i z dobrowolnym ograniczaniem własnych potrzeb i zainteresowań. Dlaczego nie miałabyś trenować boksu, skoro masz na to ochotę?
Czy boks jest dla kobiet? Pierwszą przeszkodą może okazać się zwykła trema. I strach, "jak sobie poradzę z męskim testosteronem, z siłą ciosów, która może mnie dosięgnąć? Przecież nie wszyscy będą uważać, nie chcę też okazać się zbyt słaba i wrażliwa. "- mówią kobiety.
Tu moja pierwsza rada: dobrze jest znaleźć zajęcia tylko dla kobiet i to w grupie początkującej. Łatwiej przełamać się, kiedy wszyscy zaczynają od zera, widząc, że koleżanki również się uczą. Lub masz drugą możliwość: Trenować boks indywidualnie
Na zajęciach boksu dla kobiet ćwiczy się przede wszystkim refleks, koordynację, zwinność, wytrzymałość. Nauczysz się szybko skakać na skakance, łapać piłeczkę tenisową lewą, prawą ręką, robić pady jak w wojsku, męskie pompki, kilkuminutowy plank - czyli deskę i wiele więcej.
🏋️‍♂️Czy można zrobić sobie krzywdę?
Zajęcia nie polegają tylko na sparingu, właściwie to nie jest on nawet dominujący, jeżeli dodamy porządną rozgrzewkę (już po niej można wykręcać ubrania z potu), ćwiczenie techniki, pracę na worku, na sparing nie pozostaje zbyt wiele czasu.
Kiedy już dochodzi do sparingów należy być kulturalnym i ostrożnym.
😎Is boxing a sport for women?
Sometimes we can be pigeonholed into certain stereotypes. These sports are for women and these are for men. It is appropriate to do this and not the other. Women's boxing? They'll laugh at you, beat you up, and that's it! Nothing could be more wrong! I do not agree with this approach to life and with the voluntary limitation of your own needs and interests. Why wouldn't you train boxing if you feel like it?
Is boxing for women? The first obstacle may be plain stage fright. And fear, "How will I cope with male testosterone, with the force of the blows that can reach me? After all, not everyone will be careful, I also don't want to be too weak and vulnerable," the women say.
Here is my first advice: it is good to find classes only for women and in the beginner group. It's easier to break down when everyone starts from scratch, seeing that your friends are also learning. Or you have a second option: Train boxing individually
Women's boxing classes primarily train reflexes, coordination, agility and endurance. You will learn to jump quickly on a skipping rope, catch a tennis ball with your left or right hand, make pads like in the army, men's push-ups, a few minutes long plank - a board and much more.
🏋️‍♂️Can you hurt yourself?
Classes are not only about sparring, actually it is not even dominant, if we add a decent warm-up (after that you can wring out clothes from sweat), practicing techniques, working on the bag, there is not much time for sparring.
When it comes to sparring, be polite and careful.
