Jeszcze przed Grecją moje najlepsze splity były w granicach 0,19-0,21s) ale 0,15s wydawało mi się nierealne z moją wagą ciała. Co więcej dwie płytki zostały trafione i nie czułam, żeby był w tym chaos czy brak kontroli. Super uczucie! I super wiadomość dla drobnych kobiet- tak, to jest wszystko do zrobienia 💪 (tylko trzeba mieć odpowiedniego trenera😁)

This photo says it all.
It shows hard work at the gym, at the shooting range, at home... Unfortunately, it also shows the pain (that is part of this story) But no flash, no applause, no audience...just focus on yourself. Great things are made in silence. 🤫❤️
