We get this question A LOT! Even though Pilates and Yoga share some similarities as low impact, mind-body practices, they are fundamentally different. Ultimately they both have ample physical and mental benefits and both practices can complement each other beautifully.

Get a little extra pep in your step with this (surprisingly) challenging yoga block series targeting your glute strength and stability—with a little extra oblique work too!
Added bonus: the softer the block, the spicier it will be for ankle and foot muscles.
