According to PWInsider, Jacob Fatu reportedly suffered a legitimate injury during his Street Fight against Solo Sikoa at a WWE Live Event in Liverpool. 😳

WWE sources are said to be concerned that Fatu may not be medically cleared in time for his scheduled Tribal Combat match against Roman Reigns at Clash in Italy. 👀
