With heavy hearts, we honor the passing of our revered Grandmaster Leung Shum. 💔 A pillar of our kung fu family, his wisdom and legacy shaped generations across oceans.

To the global Ying Jow Pai family, his blood family, and closest disciples: we share your profound sorrow. Though GM Shum has left this realm, his spirit lives on in every form we practice and every principle we uphold.

From Puerto Rico, we stand united with you in grief and eternal respect. Rest in peace, Grandmaster Shum. Your teachings are etched in our being forever. 🙏

While the extended YJP family are all mourning at this terrible event, Grandmaster Shum's immediate family requests that you respect their privacy in their time of grief and not contact them by phone or text. There will be time to express your condolences directly to them soon.
