⭐⭐ A 2-STAR REVIEW — WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

At Caribbean Chiliboats, we believe in transparency.

On April 4, 2025, Nicole_S posted this 2-star review on Viator:

⭐⭐ “Very underwhelming. The guides also seemed rushed and did not have the most patience with a large group. Would recommend Vieques or Fajardo over this experience.”

So, what happened that night?

It was a large tour group. Most participants were already in the water and ready to depart when Nicole and the people on her reservation arrived late.

We decided to wait for them. This required approximately 20 additional minutes to brief them, get them ready, check their safety equipment, and get them on the water.

During the tour, we had to remind Nicole several times to keep her life jacket properly secured for her safety.

We also had to use a whistle several times to get her attention so she would follow safety and organizational instructions.

Nicole perceived these interventions as impatience and as our guides rushing the experience.

For us, there was one responsibility above everything else: the safety of our participants.

NOW PUT YOURSELF IN THE GUIDE'S POSITION.

You're responsible for a large group, at night and on the water.
