When I feel low on energy or am dealing with illness (as for the past week) my go to healer is nature. Just sitting in my yard surrounded by trees, cool breeze and silence restores my soul and body. It is ok to stop, recharge and listen to your body. Take time for you even if it is just five minutes, honor your feelings, your body, your emotions. It’s ok! Namaste

My morning walk gifted me with the beautiful moon in this blue sky. Being in nature early in the gives me the opportunity to connect with the Divinexand myself . Morning walks are part of my morning routine along with prayer and meditation and my yoga practice.
Some days I can spare 45 minutes , some days I can’t, so I do a short walk and a 10 minute yoga practice and my prayers and meditation.
My morning routine sets the tone for the day and puts me on the right path.
Try to set up a morning routine that works for you. That gives you peace,calm and moves your body.
It is about what works for you not anybody else. Gift yourself with love and compassion.

Morning practice done!!!! Sometimes you just need a little help to get along, today I needed all my props to do my practice. Listening to your body and giving it what it needs is yoga… do what you can with the help that you need… it’s ok. Have a peaceful Monday, Namaste!

My oasis , my backyard. Haven’t posted in a while , it’s been a whirlwind for the past few weeks but today.. stopped to just breathe and be. Many times we set out to “do” and forget to be. Yesterday I was reminded of the importance of being more than doing or “planning”. I had the privilege of listening. Today my intention is to be present, really present, aware. Being present opens up my eyes to all the blessings in my life. Thank you for following me , from my heart to yours, Namaste🙏🏻

Breathe in,breathe out,release, Repeat.. taking time out to breathe ,be stills de enjoy the silence is important for overall well-being. It doesn’t need to be hours, 10 minutes will do. When we breathe consciously we are aware of the release we feel when we exhale, releasing, letting go,making space for new.. try it just 10 minutes, see how you feel. You will get a burst of energy’s, you will feel lighter.
