Short-term results are nice. Maintaining great results for the long haul is the ultimate goal 💯.
That’s why I still remember Sue – a client from 11 years ago.
Sue was overweight, had frequent fainting spells, anxiety, and high triglycerides😟.
With hard work and lots of patience, Sue got great results. She lowered her weight and triglycerides and saw improvements with her anxiety…and she’s kept up her success 👏!

May we merit to successfully pursue the important things in life 🙏.

We’re preparing for the coming new year on the Jewish calendar 📆. The year which is now drawing to a close has been interesting to say the least.
It was a great inspiration to work with people who don’t let challenging times get in the way of their health.

Consistency—a big key to success.
A consistent client will achieve his/her health goal faster than an occasional client.
From time to time, when I examine my list of clients I see how clearly consistency matters.
Of course, the goal is for all our clients to eventually not need our help. The best way to get there is to make health and fitness a top priority🎯.
Invest the time on a consistent basis. You can succeed 🏆!

You’ve made mistakes in the past 😞. We all have. Here are a few reminders to help you try again:

🏋Exercise isn’t primarily for weight loss. It helps prevent disease keeps you renewed and clear-thinking.
🔙Learn how to stop at the first mistake, put it in perspective, & recommit right away. “Just try again” is a mantra to etch into your thinking.
🍎Good eating and exercise is best for slow, sustained, and permanent weight loss. Too much, too soon is doomed to failure.
🗣Use optimism and positive affirmations to make weight loss a positive experience. Successful dieters enjoy what they are doing and reap the fantastic benefits of living a healthier and longer life.

A healthy body maintains hydration by balancing fluid intake and output. 2 ½ quarts (10 cups) of fluid are lost daily through perspiration, urination, respiration and bowel movements. This amount needs to be replenished daily. 💧
Any other noteworthy benefits to staying hydrated? 🤔

It's been REALLY hot! 🔥
As they say, "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen." 🤣
Staying indoors more than usual, may mean eating more than usual, too.
A few ideas to help you focus:
*Plan what you can. If you know in advance where you will be, try to make a plan that works for you.
*Set limits. Take a break and do an activity that takes a while before the next snack break.
*Keep hydrated 💧. The more you drink, the less you'll eat and the better you will be able to handle the heat.

We all know how damaging stress can be to our overall health. But it can also be the cause of other poor behaviors:
🫣Unhealthy and emotional eating
😥Depression and low motivation
