Today, we’re celebrating our Neusa! 🥳💙

Our “baby” at Skydive Portugal, at just 19 years old, but with a level of maturity that makes it pretty hard to treat her like a baby anymore 😅

The receptionist who:
✅ Always welcomes you with a smile and gives you her full attention
✅ Is behind that special moment when you watch your jump back and relive every second 🪂
✅ Notices the little details that often go unnoticed
✅ Knows how to listen, take on feedback and learn from it
✅ Can tell when someone isn’t doing well, even when their smile says otherwise
✅ And always has a little something special prepared for the people around her

In her very first job, she already shows the professionalism, warmth and sensitivity of someone who seems to have been part of our team for much longer.

Hoje a DZ está em festa, porque a Paula faz anos! 🥳🪂

A Paula que todos conhecemos:
✅ Veio do Norte, vive no Alentejo há anos, mas o sotaque não saiu
✅ Gere contas, apoia clientes e ainda manda na receção, tudo com o mesmo sorriso
✅ Conhece toda a gente, o nome é que às vezes precisa de um ‘ó, menina/o!’ enquanto não chega 😂
✅ Inspetora não oficial dos almoços da DZ, sem julgamentos, só com muita, muita curiosidade 🕵️‍♀️
✅ O sorriso dela é a primeira coisa que se vê na receção e f**a na memória

Feliz aniversário, Paula! Prometemos portar-nos bem, pelo menos hoje 🎉😂

Today the DZ is celebrating, because it's Paula's birthday! 🥳🪂

The Paula we all know:
✅ Came from the North of Portugal, has lived in Alentejo for years, but the accent never left and thank goodness for that
✅ Manages accounts, supports clients and still runs the reception desk, all with the same smile from start to finish
✅ Knows everyone, it's just that sometimes the name needs a "ó, menina/o!" while it finds its way out 😂
✅ Unofficial inspector of the DZ's lunches, no judgement, just a lot, a lot of curiosity 🕵️‍♀️
✅ Her smile is the first thing you see at reception and the last thing you forget
