The perfect quiet place to stay as a base to tour around this area of Portugal or just chill out and relax within the grounds of the property itself (1 hectare) either in the surrounding garden, which includes a small wooded area with oaks, cork oaks, sweet chestnuts amongst many other varieties of trees. It also has a large, secluded private swimming pool with a magnificent view over the orchard which includes a wide variety of fruit trees such as orange, lemon, tangerine, kaki, apple, pear, fig, cherry, kiwi, grapes, apricot, peach, plum and many others. There is a barbecue area and a large stone table under a large oak tree, in a shaded area of the grounds. As you enter the farmhouse gates there is a small pine wood with adjoining linden and walnut trees which sweeps up the driveway on the left hand side.
