🐴 We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced equestrian to join our friendly team at ARC Equestrian Centre – immediate start! 🐴

If you have experience in one or more of these areas, we’d love to hear from you.

🐎 Trek Leader – Leading countryside treks for riders of all abilities.

🏇 Riding Instructor – Teaching children and adults, from beginners through to experienced riders in flatwork and jumping.

🧹 Groom / Yard Team Member – Horse care, mucking out, tack cleaning, yard maintenance and supporting the day-to-day running of the centre.

🌿 Groom / Paddock Team Member – Cleaning stables and paddocks, feeding hay and hard feed, filling water, caring for our horses and assisting with general yard maintenance.

We’re looking for people who:
• Have solid horse knowledge and put horse welfare first
• Are reliable, positive and enjoy working as part of a team
• Take pride in keeping a clean, safe and organised yard

Requirements
✅ Previous horse experience essential
✅ Own accommodation or camper van
✅ Driving licence preferred
✅ Legal right to work in Portugal / EU

📍 Immediate start for the remainder of the 2026 season, with the possibility of a full-time, permanent position for the right person.

Another fantastic Ride & Dine with our amazing ARC regulars! ❤️

Today’s ride was full of smiles, laughs and a few little challenges along the way… 🌿 Bamboo was tackled, the wood jumps were jumped, and everyone gave it their best!

After a lovely ride through the countryside, we finished the day the best way possible—with delicious food, great conversations and even better company.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. We absolutely love days like these and can’t wait for the next one! 💙

Morning jump session with our handsome Joi! 🌟🐴

Starting the day the best way possible—with some confidence-building over fences. Joi gave us some lovely efforts this morning, staying willing, relaxed, and always giving his best. 💙

Every session is another step forward, and it’s always rewarding to see these horses enjoying their work and growing in confidence. We can’t wait to see what the next few weeks bring for this special boy! ✨

A successful weekend of showjumping for ARC! 🐴✨

Representing ARC over the two days were Vonnie and Mojito, both gaining valuable experience, confidence, and producing some lovely rounds.

For Vonnie, it was a fantastic first competition experience. He took everything in his stride, grew in confidence throughout the weekend, and even came home with placings. A brilliant start to what looks to be a very exciting future.

Mojito stepped up to the 1m class, showing his heart, talent, and willingness throughout the weekend. While luck wasn’t entirely on his side, he put in some fantastic rounds and continues to develop with every outing.

Competitions aren’t always measured by clear rounds alone. Building confidence, gaining experience, and developing strong partnerships are just as important, and this weekend delivered plenty of all three.

A huge well done to Amber and both horses for proudly representing ARC, and a big thank you to everyone who supported throughout the weekend. We can’t wait for the next one! 💙🐎
