Natural healthy protein bars:
Large batch - keep 3 days ur freeze.
Whisk up 6 eggs then throw in 4 bananas- whisk them up all together. Add level tbs of baking powder- more shocking. Stir in 400g of oats, you can add in 50g worth of nuts &/or dry fruits. Or buy a bag of Museli and stir in 450g. Super easy.
Lay out some baking paper, smear with coconut oil.
Later the bottom with banana pieces. Pour over your oaty mixture. You can also put on top some banana if you want.
Pop into oven on 200c for 30 mins. Voila !
Cut into slices and store in an air tight container let them sweat a bit. They will then be lovely and moist or leave them to cool then store.
Eat them for breakfast with 😋 Greek protein yogurt, I like Aldi vanilla protein yogurt. Top with berries if your choice. Or eat in the afternoon with a cuppa. 💕
*A great pre or post workout fuel. 💪🏽😋
