A RUN AJZ é uma associação sem fins lucrativos registada no IPDJ, criada em Aljezur para promover o desporto, a cultura e o bem-estar da comunidade.

O nosso espaço está aberto a todos os sócios e inclui:
💪 Máquinas de fitness
🥋 Tatamis para sessões de grupo e exercícios individuais
🏓 Mesa de ping-pong
☕ Área de convívio para eventos e encontros

Mais do que treinar, é um lugar para conviver, partilhar experiências e fortalecer a comunidade local. 🌍✨
