💚 EVERY TIME I GET IN THIS POOL, I ASK MYSELF WHY. THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS THE SAME.

At the end of another tough session tonight, exhausted and hanging onto the side of the pool, that question came back again:

Why are we doing this? And the answer hasn't changed.
Because somewhere tonight there is someone fighting a battle nobody else can see.

Someone struggling to get through today, never mind thinking about tomorrow.

That's why we keep pushing.
Tonight I had Mason Mcgarry beside me. And beyond that pool, we have all of you behind us, our families, friends, community, followers and everyone who has shared, donated or simply sent us a message saying keep going.
You probably don't realise just how much that support means when things get tough.
It makes this journey feel a little less difficult and reminds us that none of us has to do the hard things alone.
So from Mason and me, thank you. Truly. 💚
We'll keep swimming. We'll keep riding. We'll keep running.
And we'll keep using every kilometre to remind people that it's okay to say you're struggling. It's okay to ask for help. And it's okay to talk.
If this journey reaches one stranger, one man, one friend, every kilometre will have been worth it.

BEHIND THE SMILES… WE’RE ABSOLUTELY BROKEN.
You look at this photo and see two guys smiling after another training session.
What you don't see is the exhaustion.
The aching body. The mind telling you you've had enough. The moments when you genuinely question why you're putting yourself through it.
But we won't give up.
Tomorrow we'll show up again.
And the day after that, we'll show up again.
Because if it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
But there's another reason we keep going.
We get tomorrow.
We get another opportunity to recover, get back in the pool and try again.
For someone struggling silently with their mental health, tomorrow can sometimes feel impossibly far away.
That's why this has become MORE THAN A FINISH LINE.
We want this journey to remind people that struggling doesn't mean you've failed. Saying “I'm not okay” doesn't mean you're weak.
Sometimes speaking those words is the strongest thing you can do.
So please keep following. Keep sharing. Keep talking. And check on the person who always seems to be smiling.
Because sometimes the biggest battles are the ones you can't see. 💚

🔥 84KM. OUR LONGEST RIDE YET. AND WE’RE ONLY GETTING STARTED.
Saturday cycle done. 84 kilometres in the bank. 🚴‍♂️💪
Our longest ride so far and another big step towards IRONMAN 70.3 VILAMOURA.
There were tired legs. Tough kilometres. Moments when the road seemed to keep going forever.
But that’s the point.
We’re learning that you don’t have to be the strongest person every day. Sometimes you just need people beside you who keep moving when you’re struggling.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.
Ride together. Struggle together. Laugh together. Talk together.
And every kilometre we ride carries a purpose bigger than the finish line raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health and wellness. ❤️
