Had such a lovely family of six come on a trek with us on Monday! We loved meeting them and they loved meeting our horses and mules, asking so many questions and learning about their characters and how special each animal is. They stopped afterwards a little longer to meet our donkey too! It was a delight to share our passion for equines with such enthusiastic and kind people.

Our beautiful Whisper all grown up, and thoroughly loving her new adventures into riding for the first time. She has done amazing, responding so keenly and responsibly to riding cues. She's definitely going to win the hearts of our riding students and clients. 😀

Welcoming beautiful Bilbo to our herd! A stunning Zamorano male from an extremely helpful registered breeder in Spain without whom we'd never have managed the Spanish transportation paperwork! He's settling in and getting to know the mules across the fence line. We have fallen completely in love with this affectionate and vocal boy!

Today we went to our favourite restaurant o cantinho do cotovia and we were saddened to discover puppies had been abandoned at their place please reach out if you know anyone who is willing to adopt a puppy
