LUC is an ultimate frisbee team based in Carcavelos, Lisbon. We play mostly beach ultimate, and our practices happen on Sundays at 4pm and thursdays at 8:30pm, at Carcavelos beach. If you play ultimate and love the beach, feel free to join us. All players or beginners are welcome!

LUC is proud to host the Campeonato Nacional de Ultimate de Praia 2021 Masculino e Feminino this weekend- November 13 and 14 at Praia de Carcavelos. Thank you Câmara Municipal de Cascais and APUDD - Associação Portuguesa de Ultimate e Desportos de Disco for making the event possible. We are looking forward to seeing you on the beach!

LUC secured second position at the National Beach Ultimate Championships (September 18-19, Praia da Rocha - Portimão). It was a fantastic weekend playing great and socializing with the Portuguese Ultimate community/family. Thank you Ultimate Frisbee Algarve for a very well played final with a team that exemplifies the growth of the sport we love so much!

The National Beach Ultimate Championship weekend is finally here - 18 and 19 of September in Praia da Rocha, Portimão. Last night, LUC rocked in a friendly and windy game against Clube de Praticantes de Frisbee - Vira 'o' Disco - wonderful to see so many smiling faces on the beach!

Last night, LUC and Disc'Over Lisboa - Ultimate Team played a friendly match at Praia de Carcavelos. It was wonderful to be competing again, and to celebrate sandy discs together. The final score was 13 LUC - 06 DOL. May this game be the first of many!
