Saturday mornings at Costa da Caparica are full of this. Three to eight-year-olds, parents in the water too.

This Sunday, the National Bodysurf Championship is in Vagueira, Aveiro.

We’re official partners this year. Henrique will be on the beach all day, with a free lesson for whoever’s around.

June bookings are open.
Saturdays fill up first. The Little Surfers at 10am, then private lessons in the afternoon. A few weekday mornings still free if you'd rather have the water to yourself.

A few things people ask before their first lesson.

Most of them are about gear. The truth is, we have most of it. Wetsuit, fins and a handplane. That part is taken care of.

What to bring yourself? Swimwear under your clothes, a towel for after, water and something to eat.

Oh, and salt sticks to everything. Plan for that. 🧂
