How far am I willing to go?

To trust? To show up? To flow, share and co-create?
How willing am I to give of myself, without judgement and fear?

How does it feel to be here? Right here, present and open hearted?

Have I dared enough to ask similar questions without any expectations? Or am I simply witnessing answers to those yet to be asked?

I think it’s a blend of both, but for certain I know when I am in my flow….as magic shows up in many ways…

This was one of those moments as these magical beings connected together and oozed their love. 🫶🏽

May we all inspire and lift each other up…
If there is anything worth deeper exploration, it’s symbiosis. And music keeps showing us the potential.

One of the West African griot tales handed down through generations and shared with me under the iconic giant tree of Abene in Senegal. And here I am sharing my own version…

This sacred instrument has taken me to many magical spaces and reminded me of the depths yet to be discovered.

And here I am…
Feeling like a child discovering a new world.
A world where tales and magic weave a frequency for those who want to feel it.
Yet this time, I remember to summon the ancestral powers of grace, beauty, connection and Human Spirit to guide me on this journey as I have declared my service to our Sacred Mother and its benevolent beings.

Let the music set us free 🫶🏽

The dusty red road, at the edge of the Gambia leading to Senegal felt like returning home.

I find it hard to write the beginning of the story, as each day i find myself revealing new parts which perhaps i overlooked.

Nonetheless, the main ingredients are here: Music, Nature, Ancestral Wisdom, Heart Connections, Community and the pearl of permaculture Wisdom .

I will be sharing some stories here…a few weeks after they actually happened, as I can now look back, integrate and share 🙏🏾

Where are we we being guided to be? To present ourselves? To invest our energy? To create ?

Where can we find peace and expand it to others?

For me, the answer is between music and nature. Connecting the two universes in a merging relationship.
Following the heart and listening to the whispers of my ancestors, as I weave the threads…

And as I share my journey, Sending blessings to all following their heart and making their life a prayer 🙏🏽
