Have you ever had to quit your job as your body can’t cope with the fatigue or stress?

Well, I had to when I was flying in Dubai.

Then, I realized that with the right support, I could reach the sky again ✈️

I had ben suggested these supplements from my sister that was pregnant at that time, and gave them a try.

What a change in my life and career!

I started flying again and the first job opportunity was to fly from Cape Town 🇿🇦 to Antarctica ❄️🇦🇶

Feeling energized and stronger again, I also decided to train at Crossfit.

I’m almost 40 years old but feeling way younger!

The quality of our supplements changes everything 🧡🙏🏽

How important is your wellbeing?

Well, since 2020, it has been even more vital to take care of our health.

I thought that one of my dream job of being a flight attendant was over, due to my age. I was super wrong 😂. In fact I was selected of being one of the girls flying customers from Cape Town to Antarctica 🇦🇶❄️.

Had to also face the fact that I was getting older (and wiser 😎) and couldn’t only rely on one job. The online network became stronger and I thank the situations and difficulties that I came across, as they showed me that we can’t rely only on one job salary.

I first improved my health, not feeling exhausted with vitamins deficiencies like years ago.

Then I started to share my own feedback with family&friends, having the opportunity to create my business too 💰💵

What are you doing differently to be healthier and happier?

I love to interact with passengers and this flight was one of a kind: we flew to Antarctica 🇦🇶❄️, only to discover that the weather wasn’t good enough to land, so we had to go back to Cape Town ✈️🇿🇦

One of the passengers had a skateboard 🛹 and so we played a bit and the time passed quickly.

Lucky to be enjoying my time during work and have fun!!!
