𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐢𝐨

I’ve always been interested in science, physics, astrophysics, health, human physiology, yoga, metaphysics and some conspiracy theories.

I started to read about these themes obsessively when I was 15. I was so eager to understand more of reality and that was the main reason I started my journey in Yoga.

I had this desire to learn more about the depths of the mind and experience in person the result of expanding awareness. I was sure that in the essence of the human being, lied abilities that surpassed the tangible and measurable reality.

There have been times that I doubted my natural instinct to the non-tangible reality. Specially when speaking to others about these subjects. 15 years ago, metaphysics or spirituality where not really normal conversations to have. Many times I was seen as irrational… But in reality my rational and logical brain is more developed than my emotional and intuitive brain. I’ve always needed to make sense of the spiritual world.

For many this is also important! Many rational thinkers will need this approach to embody the abstract parts of the practice. If you don’t believe or understand certain things, the experience of them will not be as intense because the mind will block the sensations. Some would say “you need to have faith”, but for me I needed to believe! Faith and belief are totally different! Faith is blind, belief is seeing it. Enough with blindness and let’s all witness first hand the results of this practice.

Through the studies of certain fields we can understand better the abstract reality. We open our minds to more possibilities and experience deeper knowledge of the self and the universe. And that is Yoga.

My experience in this practice has been magical and yours can be too 🪐💎👽🛸
