Thank you Clube Naval de Cascais and SailCascais for an amazing Winter Series once again! The race areas are magnificent, the variety of conditions never ending and the race management excellent 💎 The friendly staff and helpful locals are the cherry on top of the cake 🍒
Solid Fun takes 9th and Corinthian 🥇 in the last winter regatta of the season. The weekend included racing only on Friday and left time for team building and planning instead 👌
Looking forward to race again in three weeks, see you soon!

Taito Sailing has been out there again doing incredibly intense and hard work. It’s not easy all the time, that’s why it feels so awesome to get up there on the podium at the end of the regatta.
🏆
Solid Fun takes 🥈 and Liquid Sun finishes 5th in a very tight fleet.
Warm thanks again to and for hosting this excellent J70 Winter Series. We enjoy coming here! 🙌
Congrats to the winners, see you again in a couple of weeks! 🤝

Thank you and for excellent training again! 💎 This time our mixed team was the best Corinthian team and overall 4th, only one point from the podium 🙌🙌🙌
The fleet is heating up as we see an increasing amount of sailing superstars out on the water 🔥 Very proud of our young, dedicated and hard working sailors in Taito Sailing 💫

We leave Sandhamn and the J70 European Championship with mixed feelings. On one hand, we are disappointed in our performance on the race course. On the other, we are happy we actually sailed quite well in a very tough, professional and competitive fleet. Sometimes we were fast, took good starts and found the best lanes. Liquid Sun’s victory in the Corinthian Class and Solid Fun’s performance in the Mixed Class are achievements showing where we are right now.
Let’s take good lessons learned with us to make improvements and enjoy what we have at the moment. An extraordinary, dedicated and fun team with a great learning curve, let’s go team! 🙌🙌🙌
Last but not least, we would especially like to thank our hang around guy and content maker for all the wonderful pics, videos and social media content created. Your company was highly appreciated, never a dull day when you are around! 🫶

Next up the J70 Open Europeans in Sandhamn 🇸🇪

It’s better to try and sometimes fail than not to try at all. We are getting better, but not yet getting all the parts together. Consistency is the key 🤝 The Swedish Championships are over and we finish 8th & 10th/ 26. Thanks to the Swedish J70 fleet for excellent race days and good training for the upcoming regatta season back home. See you soon again!

The winter is over and we are heading back north. The European Corinthian Championship showed we have made good progress regarding local knowledge and boat speed. Warm thanks to and for taking so good care of us! 🫶
We still have many things to improve on and are looking forward to a fresh season and lots of training at home. Taito Sailing is getting up to full speed and finding its ways to work. See you at the Scandinavian waters during the summer. Over and out from Cascais for now!

This is us, our brand new logo is out! 🤩
“A skill is the ability to do something and especially, to do it well. Unlike abilities, a skill requires learning and hard work”
Taito refers to skill mastery.
It’s not about where we are, it’s about where we’re going.

It’s been a wet, windy and fantastic week, with many ups 🚀 and some downs🎢 🙃 The Winter Series 2024-25 in Cascais is now complete and we are focusing on the upcoming Corinthian Europeans on the same waters in four weeks. Thanks to the Taito Sailingteam for this journey, thanks to the coach Staffan, Team Ad Hoc for sparring and Vasco for all the local support. See you on the water, let’s gooooo!!! 🙌
