Conscious breathing and meditation are present practices in my life. ⠀
Embedding those actions into your life can bring major implications on your quality of life. The beauty of it consists on its simplicity, which allows to grasp the concepts with ease and at the same time its complexity as you drop the inner resistance towards the present moment. ⠀

Physiologically, this practice can impose both sympathetic or parasympathetic responses in our body depending on our intention, which will have implications on how we manage stress in life, sleeping patterns, enhance mental clarity, cardiorespiratory efficiency, among others benefits. ⠀

It also allows you to move the energy within your body, helping to cleanse and flush suppressed emotions. ⠀

Inevitable, experiences influence our current reality, as I grew up, even though I’ve always been physically active, unconsciously was building and living on a very limited reality within my body. I couldn’t even sit comfortably on the floor type of reality. ⠀

Opening the spectrum of possibilities humbles you to its greatness and allows to see further.⠀
Always starting from a place of gratitude for what you have right now igniting the spark for whatever you want to pursue.⠀

Only a few years ago I really started looking at my body as a whole, rather than a mean to pursue a goal. I still have goals in pursuit with this vessel the difference is the awareness that I carry today allows me to look at the bigger picture in a more honest and respectful way for myself. ⠀

To embrace whatever we acknowledge as a limitation or an obstacle and dancing with it right in the eyes. Step by step, don’t taking anything for granted, cherishing every small improvement, respecting the process and constantly showing up for yourself, there’s always so much more to it than we can ever imagine.
