Our September 2027 Yoga Teacher Training is officially OPEN FOR BOOKINGS 🌀

This year’s training is already a couple of months in, and watching the group learn, question, practise and grow has been so potent. It’s a reminder of just how much can unfold when we give ourselves the time and space to study yoga beyond the physical practice.

Our 200-hour training is for you if you want to deepen your own practice, explore the philosophy and traditions of yoga, or feel called to share this practice with others.

Expect daily sadhana, Hatha & Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, mantra, philosophy, anatomy, asana labs and so much more. Six months of learning, unlearning, asking questions and getting curious about what yoga really means, both on and off the mat.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need the curiosity to begin.

Beginning September 2027

✨ Early bird investment £2,700 until 31st December

If you’ve been thinking about it, take this as your sign to explore what’s possible.

Full details and booking via the link in bio. 🌀

Some places just stay with you. Slovenia was one of those places.

The landscape, the energy, the feeling of being completely immersed in nature. It was everything I could have hoped for when creating Rooted Presence, and I can’t wait to bring this retreat back for another year.

Think slow mornings, movement, breathwork, sauna sessions, forest walks, long conversations, evenings around the fire and the kind of connection that happens when a group of women come together with space to simply be.

ROOTED PRESENCE | SLOVENIA
22–27 April 2027
A women’s-only retreat.

Bookings are officially OPEN, and I would love for you to be part of it.

If you’ve been craving a little space for yourself, perhaps this is your invitation.

Join me in Slovenia. ✨

Find all the details and book your place via the link in my bio. I can’t wait 🥹🌲🌀

I’ve never really been one to share feedback, but these words from Rooted Presence Slovenia have touched me so deeply 🥹

I feel so grateful to everyone who joined me, for trusting, sharing, showing up with open hearts and making the retreat what it was.

It’s the biggest privilege to create these spaces and to witness the beautiful things that can unfold when we slow down, reconnect and simply allow ourselves to be.

A little glimpse into our time, through the words of those who were there - Thank you all 🫶🏻

I don’t teach fast flows.

Not because I have anything against them, they’re simply not how I practice, or how I feel called to teach.

I once tried teaching power yoga… let’s just say it wasn’t quite for me.

For me, yoga is about creating space.

Space to breathe slower.
Space to feel.
Space to become a little more present.

I believe a practice can still be creative, strong and fluid without moving at a fast pace or squeezing a hundred Chaturangas into an hour.

Slowing down also gives us space to explore the subtleties of the practice: the physical alignment, the energetic alignment, the breath, the sensations, and everything that exists beyond the physical shape.

As a teacher, I want there to be enough space to talk about those things, to invite curiosity, and to experience the practice rather than simply move through it.

Because for me, yoga isn’t just about what the body can do.

It’s about what we notice when we become still enough to listen.

Life moves quickly enough.

My practice doesn’t need to 🫶🏻

Four days in, and already so much to be excited about.

One of the things I love most about this work is getting to move beyond the hour-long yoga class, to ask questions, get curious and really explore why we do what we do.

Why this shape?
Why this cue?
Where did this practice come from?
And what is actually happening in our bodies when we move?

We’re diving into anatomy, learning to look at movement through a more critical lens, and beginning to understand that there isn’t always one “right” way for a body to move.

Yoga can be a wonderful tool for strength, mobility, balance and body awareness, but beyond the physical, it can also be a vehicle for self-awareness, curiosity and a deeper connection to ourselves.

Welcome, 2026 cohort 🥹🤍 What a beautiful group we have. I can’t wait to spend more time with you over the next six months, and to watch your teaching, confidence and understanding continue to develop.

What a journey we have ahead 🌀

We celebrate the end of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. The final practice. The certificate. The moment everyone realises, we actually did it.

And yes, it’s a magical time ⭐️

But the celebration starts much sooner.

It starts the moment you say yes.

You step into the unknown. You may not know anyone. You’re not entirely sure what you’ve signed up for, or who you’ll be when you walk out the other side.

And then, slowly, the edges begin to stretch.

You learn what it feels like to be truly heard.
You find your voice and learn to trust it.
You question old beliefs.
You discover who you are as a teacher.
You may stumble, soften, laugh, cry, connect, grow.

And somewhere along the way, a group of strangers becomes a community.

To witness this journey is one of the greatest privileges of being a teacher.

Because the real transformation isn’t in the certificate at the end.

It’s in everything that happens along the way 🫶🏻

To every student who has stepped into the unknown with me: thank you for trusting the process, for showing up as you!

This is what we celebrate.
Not just the ending, but every brave step that brought you here ✨

Some experiences simply can’t be captured in words… this was one of them 🥹

To witness a room full of women arrive as strangers and leave more deeply connected to themselves, to one another, and to the strength that has always lived within them has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Thank you for trusting the process, for meeting yourselves with courage, and for sharing your voices, your hearts, and your unique light so generously with one another. Each of you brought something irreplaceable to this training, and this journey wouldn’t have been the same without you.

I am beyond proud of every one of you. Congratulations on completing your 200-hour YTT. Go out into the world and teach from your heart. The world needs your light ✨🌀🌙

There’s something incredibly special about holding space for people as they step into their own power.

Every group reminds me that teaching is never a one-way exchange. The openness, curiosity, courage, and willingness these students bring to each day informs and inspired me endlessly 🌀

It’s such a privilege to witness people soften, question, discover, and trust themselves more deeply. To be invited into that process is something I’ll never take for granted.

These experiences always leave me inspired. They remind me why I do this work, and that the greatest learning happens when we grow together.

So much gratitude for every student who has trusted me to be part of their journey. 🤍

Dancing has always been one of the ways I process what’s too big for words.

But I often hide it.

I only seem to let myself dance when I can’t hold it in anymore, when the emotions have built up so much that I have no choice but to put on music, close my eyes, and let my body move however it needs to.

As someone who grew up dancing, movement like this is a complicated place for me. It feels familiar and foreign, freeing and painful all at once. It reconnects me with parts of myself I’ve spent years keeping at a distance.

It almost always ends the same way: tears, journaling, a deep exhale, and a little more space inside me. Then life carries on, and somehow I forget this medicine until months later, when my body reminds me again.

As with yoga, dancing now has become the opposite of performance.

They’re simply a way home to myself
