One of the smartest animals in the ocean lives right here 🐙

Octopodes have around 500 million neurons — and more than half are in their arms, so each one can taste, feel and explore on its own. They solve puzzles, use tools, and can even recognise individual people. Meeting one on a dive off Madeira feels like meeting a mind unlike any other. 🌊

A very special visitor in our house reef yesterday 🐢

During our try dive program, a hawksbill turtle showed up — and what a moment for our first-time divers to witness. Hawksbills are critically endangered, one of the rarest sea turtles in the world, so an encounter like this is truly special. 🌊
You never know who you’ll meet on your very first dive.
