…and we didn’t even have that powerful energy today!! 😂

Imagine what happens when we REALLY get going! 🔥

Strength, balance, freedom… and a little bit of flying magic!

15/10/2026

Yoga teacher, just a woman, self-employed… and apparently running on cosmic energy! 😂🤸‍♂️

Just an ordinary day in my life looks something like this:

Wake up after barely 5 hours of sleep.
Welcome into Hormones fluctuating magic 🙈
Practice at least 30 minutes of yoga because, well… I need to keep myself together somehow! 😅
Breakfast, shower, and a quick cleaning routine in the kitchen, floors, and whatever else suddenly catches my attention.
Then off I go, running errands here and there.
A little headache at the city hall because apparently, being self-employed also means becoming a full-time expert in bureaucracy.
A business meeting.
A doctor’s appointment.
Teaching yoga.
Answering messages, organising things, planning the next day… and trying to remember if I’ve actually have done all that was in my to do list 🙄

And somehow, in between all of this, I’m expected to remain calm, mindful, balanced, feminine, grounded, and connected to my inner peace. 😬

So, tell me… is this Kundalini energy activated, or am I just a woman who has mastered the art of doing 27 things at once? 😂🤭🔥

Maybe it’s the prana.
Maybe it’s years of yoga practice.
Maybe it’s the strength of a woman who has learned to navigate life on her own terms and independence

Or maybe… my nervous system is sending me a very polite email saying: Dear Silvia Ji, could we please schedule some rest? 😂😂

Because here’s the thing: yoga teaches us how to cultivate energy, but also how to respect our limits. Being able to keep going doesn’t always mean we should.

Now, excuse me while I go and practise the most challenging asana of all…

I have to be honest… 🤍

We can’t be disciplined and consistent with everything in life.

Every single day, I do my best to strengthen my body and mind, to grow, to learn, and to become the best version of myself.

But keeping up with social media? That’s another story! 😅

Being self-employed these days means so much more than doing what you love. You have to create content, take pictures, make videos, post, share, engage… and somehow find the time and energy to actually do the work you love.

Honestly, I’ve tried. And I’m still trying to figure it out.

Because this constant need to show up online, to be visible and to keep feeding the algorithm, doesn’t always fit with my lifestyle or the way I want to live.

I want to be present in my life, not constantly thinking about how to turn it into content.

And maybe that’s okay, too.

Maybe we don’t have to be good at everything. Maybe we can allow ourselves to find our own way, at our own pace, without feeling that we’re never doing enough.

I’m still figuring it out. And for now, I’d rather be honest about it than pretend I’ve got it all together. 🤍

Anyone else feeling the same?

As a yoga teacher, I want to be genuine and honest.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been practicing, how much you practice, or how deeply you go.
There are days when I, too, experience the monkey mind, tiredness, lack of sleep, less energy, uncertainty… wondering about the essence of life, dealing with, or sometimes simply getting lost in the flow and chaos of life.

Worries. Doubts. And the practice of trusting.
Basically, everything that each human being can go through.

Being a yoga practitioner and teacher doesn’t mean I am free from emotions, difficult days, or moments when I don’t have all the answers.

So, what do I do?
I stay.
I listen.
I observe.

I stand up for myself, while accepting that today might simply be a day to pause, to feel, to breathe.
And perhaps, surprisingly, it is exactly this day that gives me the courage and motivation to go deeper, to learn, to grow, and to move towards becoming the best version of myself.
Because maybe perfection doesn’t come from always being our best.
Maybe it comes from accepting our weaknesses, our shadows, our bitterness, our imperfections… and understanding that we cannot always show up as the strongest version of ourselves.
And perhaps the most beautiful part is this:
Who really knows what “the best version of ourselves” even means?
Maybe it is not a destination.
Maybe it is simply the willingness to stay, listen, observe, and keep becoming.

PS - I ended up, after a gentle Yin-Meditation Japji mantra morning practice, going to my fav spinning class!!
When we say just follow the flow of life 😜
😬😵‍💫🤸‍♂️🙄

🤍 Kundalini Yoga 🤍

works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. It’s often called the “yoga of awareness” because it helps us become more conscious of who we truly are.

“What are the benefits?”

Kundalini Yoga offers many benefits, including:
• Increased energy and vitality
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Stronger nervous and immune systems
• Greater mental clarity and focus
• Emotional balance and resilience
• A deeper connection to your intuition

People often say they feel lighter, more centered, and more connected to themselves after just one class.

“Why should you try it?”

If you’re looking for something more than just physical exercise

if you want a practice that uplifts your spirit, clears your mind, and helps you navigate life with more grace then Kundalini Yoga is for you.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Everyone can benefit from this practice, no matter your age, background, or beliefs.

It’s a journey of awakening of remembering your true self and living with more joy, clarity, and purpose.

So I invite you to give it a try, and experience the transformation for yourself.

Why Is It Called “Technology”?

Kundalini Yoga is termed a “technology” because it provides systematic and precise tools to work on mind-body-energy dynamics. These techniques produce predictable and repeatable results when practiced consistently, much like a scientific method.

Incorporating Kundalini Yoga into your practice can be a transformative addition, complementing the benefits of aerial yoga with deeper energetic and spiritual dimensions.

Self-awareness is the foundation of growth.
It is the ability to observe our thoughts, emotions, reactions, and patterns with honesty and compassion.
When we become more self-aware, we begin to understand ourselves on a deeper level,
what triggers us, what inspires us, and what truly brings us peace.

Mindfulness is important because it brings us back to the present moment. In a world full of distractions, mindfulness helps us slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. It teaches us to respond instead of react, creating more balance, clarity, and inner calm.

Through coaching and yoga practice, we learn to build strength not only in the body, but also in the mind and spirit. We develop resilience, emotional awareness, discipline, and trust in ourselves.
Every challenge becomes an opportunity to grow, heal, and evolve.
