Casa Verão is a beautiful, traditional property situated in the peaceful and established residential area of Luz Parque, which is within easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the stunning Luz beach.

It is set within a secluded large mature garden which, as well as having shrubs, herbs and flowers, also has its own lemon trees; with various seating areas, grass play area and total privacy.

The villa has a bright and spacious lounge with dining area & patio doors onto an additional covered eating terrace, which looks out over Luz and the sea. There is also a log fire. The property has been decorated to create a comfortable, homely atmosphere.

In the lounge there is IP TV, Apple TV, DVD, VHS, Radio, CD player, iPod dock audio system and Wii, Xbox and Play Station games consoles. There are a selection of games, videos, books, DVDs, play station and Xbox games with an additional TV screen.

There is WiFi throughout the property.

It has a well equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, hob, grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, blender, toasting machine and liquidiser.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms. A single room is on the same level as the kitchen, lounge and dining area and a few steps takes you down to the two large twin bedrooms (one of which has doors to the pool area), and the huge Master bedroom which also has doors to the pool area, as well as an en-suite bathroom and TV. All bedrooms also have hairdryers and small electric fans for personal use.

All rooms have optional air conditioning for if it gets too hot and optional heating for colder periods.

Outside, the villa has its own private swimming pool. This pool can be optionally heated and comes with a protective cover.
There is a toy box at the pool with pool toys; there is also a charcoal BBQ and an external rotary dryer in the drying area.
The roof terrace has sun loungers; and gives both privacy and a stunning view.

The villa is child friendly; with Cot, high chair, stair gate and playpen available. There is a first aid kit. Smoke and carbon detectors are also fitted and there is a selection of spare bulbs and batteries .
