Well this was such a fun event! Grateful to be asked by the lovely Professional Private Chef ! So well organised and so wonderful to be part of something competitive! It’s been a long time. Running again enabled me to take part so very happy! 🙏🩷. VORTEX®️ Hybrid Games PORTUGAL

A little bit about us 🩵
After more than 20 years of teaching Pilates, we’ve learnt that Pilates is about much more than getting the exercises “right”.
It’s about observing, listening, adapting and genuinely caring about the person in front of you.
Our team brings together different backgrounds, teaching styles and years of experience, but we share the same approach: meeting each client where they are and helping them feel stronger, more confident and comfortable in their own body.
And then there’s the atmosphere… ✨
We work hard, we learn, we support each other and, yes, we laugh a lot! 😂
We’ve built a studio where people can walk through the door, feel at ease and know they’re in good hands.
That’s what Pilates Room Lagos is all about. 🩵

Your Pilates wardrobe just got an upgrade. 🩵
Sweats, T-shirts, tanks and socks - made for Pilates, made for comfort, and made to be worn beyond the studio. ✨

There's nothing more rewarding than hearing how Pilates has made a difference in someone's life. 🩵
Reading messages like this reminds us why we do what we do. Thank you for your kind words and for trusting us to be part of your Pilates journey. ✨

Mat or Reformer… same movement, different challenge. ✨
Both exercises target the same muscles and movement pattern, but the Reformer adds spring resistance and support, while the Mat relies entirely on your own body and control.
Whichever you choose, you'll build strength, stability and body awareness - just in different ways.

Your next Reformer Pilates session is waiting. 💚
With a maximum of four people per class, you'll receive expert guidance throughout every movement while benefiting from the motivation of a supportive group.
A personalised experience without the one-to-one price tag.
Send us a message to reserve your place. 📱
