Last week we held a 3-day Surya Kriya program and today we are starting another Children’s Surya Shakti program at our space in Lagos. We have had programs and classes in our studio since 3 years back.
It’s wonderful to see the progress in such a short time and to cocreate with my partner. 🙏🏻🌱🌸🥰 I, Amritha, have just started teaching Hatha yoga from Sadhguru Gurukulam and I must say, Im so impressed by the children’s patience and willingness btw.

We are not so active on social media, and we do not run our studio like most out there. We don’t do a busy schedule everyday and lots of classes with different teachers, or drop ins. At the moment we teach smaller groups, 1-1 session, we teach programs so that you can come back home with your own practise, that you can do for the rest of your life. We hold pujas, review sessions and Sunday Saddhana where any isha practitioner can come and join. The space also has a Sannidhi, which makes it a wonderful space to meditate in or just sit with. Feel free to come. If you’re interested - book us for retreats or programs. 🥰🙏🏻
