Yesterday we had the pleasure of Huelva Soo Bahk Do Dojang joining us here in Lagos for a day of training. We enjoyed Neh Gung training and Moo Pahl Dan Khum on the beach along with classes in the Dojang. Thank you to the students and Núñez Jo Kyo Nim who took the time to travel down and train with us. We look forward to building our Moo Do family together with you!!
Friday was our one year anniversary of World Moo Duk Kwan Portugal. Thank you to all of our students and families. Thank you to Salinas Sa Bom Nim for all of your guidance and support as well as the entire Spanish Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Association.
