There’s a very specific thought that tends to pop up righttt before you think of pitching yourself. It usually sounds like:

🪩 “I WANT to do this… I just want to get a little clearer on my offers…isn’t that what I’m trying to point people to?”
🪩 “Let me tighten a few things in my brand copy guide, then I’ll feel ready!”
🪩 “I’ll start talking about my work once I have my website done because THEN I’ll feel worthy of pitching myself.”

I know you think this is the responsible and safe thing to do… but what if pitching was the thing that provided you MORE clarity to get those things done?!

Bc what’s happening right now is you’re waiting for clarity to “strike” that will somehow jolt you into some magical land where pitching just comes naturally and effortlessly.

YOU’RE GATEKEEPING YOUR OWN THINKING BB!

And we both know clarity comes from saying things out loud with peers. Brainstorming in a group. Getting live feedback.

The version of you who feels confident pitching your POV? They didn’t wake up one day with a perfectly packaged lens and a flawless offer. Has that ever happened in the history of online business?

You get there by actually talking about it.
🗣️ By testing language.
🔧 By tweaking things as they go.
🔓 By letting it be a little clunky before it clicks.

And when it clicks? Ohhh boy, you’ll be UNSTOPPABLE.

That’s what we’re doing inside Pitch Perfect:
+ refining your POV + messaging
+ pitching yourself without sounding robotic or painfully formal and cheesy (NO CORNBALL PITCHES HERE)
+ identifying aligned opportunities + collaborations
+ articulating your ideas more clearly so ppl INVITE YOU first
+ building confidence through practice, feedback, and repetition

If that sounds like the version of you AND your business you want more of, join us inside Pitch Perfect. Only 9 spots left — comment PITCH for the enrollment link :) doors close Friday, May 8th. You in??

Pitching is simply amplifying your superpowers with others!!! It’s how your resonant story leaves its cave and lands with the people who need to hear it most. ⚡️

If you’re frozen by pitching and getting the ick because you feel desperate, attention-seeking, or embarrassed to ask someone to partner and amplify your work, SWIPE to see how your rising sign can melt away those fears QUICK.

I’m curious what’s your rising sign and which tip do you need to lean into to get over the pitching ick?!

Circular economies originated with the goal of reducing pollution and waste and regenerating natural systems. The idea was to share, repair, reuse and recycle material goods… my question is: can we do that in the digital landscape? And why would we if the digital world allows infinite scale?

These are questions I ponder on my podcast Notes From the New World. As someone who isn’t all that interested in scaling into outer space but also understands the value of digital ecosystems, I’m always trying to imagine alternative ways of working in a hyper-capitalistic world.

I’d love to know what you think! Are you familiar with this concept? Do you see yourself participating in any of these actions already? Share it in the comments!

And be sure to tune in wherever you listen to podcasts 🎧

Pitching doesn’t have to be overwhelming, but when the traditional advice is “go use this database, build a list of 100 targets, and start firing off emails until you get a yes!” no wonder we’re all putting it off until this magical window of time when we feel ready. It’s giving bro marketing tbh.

But you’re not a bro marketer, so why haven’t you sent any pitches yet? You know it’s valuable, you know it’s a longevity-focused strategy that gives you staying power, you know your features make you a reference point in your industry, so what’s the hold up?

Welp, you probably don’t feel prepared. With pitching, it usually comes down to “Idk what I have to say?? How do I stand out?” and then you descend into a spiral of if your work matters, if this is the right time to say something, if you need to grow your social following…

I get it bc I’ve been there!

But after doing this work for over a decade now, I know pitching is an act of leadership; these angles let you see where your leadership takes center stage so you can pitch with total Justin Bieber at Coachella confidence.

Swipe through for 6 ways to position yourself and get to pitchin’!

We’ll go even deeper in Pitch Perfect to excavate your POV to pitch with ease. You can sn**ch a spot for $300 (!!) off until Monday, April 13th. Head to the link in bio or comment RESONANCE to chat and I’ll send the enrollment link right overrr.

What if social media wasn’t a “necessary evil” to run your business? What would it feel like to center human collaboration vs. unpredictable algorithms? Imagine not bending on your values and “giving in” to something like Meta ads to run your biz, because you don’t have to.

When you’re in the right rooms talking to the people that need to hear you most, you become a reference point. Your name echoes even when you’re not present. One strategic pitch can do what months of posting can’t: compound.

This is the beauty of understanding how to position AND pitch yourself. No more spiraling about an aesthetic feed or follower count or timing posts perfectly.

Pitch Perfect focuses on strategic pitching that results to compounding visibility. So you can enjoy summer in Greece without being “on”, enjoy Spring Break with your kids without panic posting during a launch, or take days off to run creative experiments and not lose everything you’ve built.

Earlybird doors open right now through April 13th. Comment “VISIBILITY” for the link to enroll with $300 off.

Cheers to non-algorithmic visibility 🪩

The number one thing I hear from my community is their EXHAUSTION with social media. Not just the constant time spent fiddling in Canva, but the nature of the space. The slam-dunk energy rampant on Threads (you know the posts like “people who use AI make me gag”), the black and white thinking, the moral virtue signaling.

And the worst part? It seems to be misaligned with our values. We call it “a necessary evil” and operate with the “it is what it is” mentality 🤷🏻‍♀️

BUT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE. By collaborating with HUMANS, you can expand your visibility and focus on longevity, staying power, and making stronger impressions. You just have to pitch yourself. And contrary to popular belief, pitching doesn’t mean searching a database for hours for contacts, drafting 100 emails and firing them off in a frenzy.

Pitching could look like sliding into a peer’s DMs and sending a voice note to do a guest teaching exchange. It could be texting an online bestie about co-hosting a workshop together. You could post in a membership about your desire to contribute to someone’s podcast.

These actions ADD UP. Referrals flood in. More opportunities appear. People start referencing you in their work.

Strategic pitching aka Orbit Jumping is similar to investing in the stock market: you put in some effort, and years later, it compounds exponentially. The best part? You’re not competing in algorithmic spaces. No more pulling your hair out trying to plan an aesthetic feed. No spiraling about views. No more serving Meta overlords.

You’re working with other human beings to expand your message, and I honestly think that’s how we’re gonna break out of this algorithmic hellscape we’ve been trapped in.

Pitch Perfect earlybird doors are open right now through April 13th for $300 off! Comment with a “🪞” and I’ll send more info, or jump right in at the link in bio!

“Is there a more fun, imaginative way to do this?” is a question I’ve been asking myself daily.

Turns out, 99% of the time, there is.

The biggest myth of visibility is thinking you have to post more, more, more, and HAS to be done on socials. We act like it’s written into law that you have to post on Instagram. What is the CHOKEHOLD these apps have on us?

The truth is: you don’t need to increase your posting frequency. You need to focus on the IMPRINT you make. You want your message to be stamped into people’s minds, so you become a reference point in your field. And you do that by focusing on spaces where people OPT-IN. Where they’re literally raising their hands, saying YES PLZ, GIVE ME MORE.

Opt-in spaces include:
+ newsletters where you can be spotlighted, and your message goes directly people to that provided their email
+ podcast guest spots where people have to intentionally hit play to listen, because an episode doesn’t play unless the listener chooses the option
+ guest teaching inside courses + masterminds, where clients opted in with payment, and the teacher is clearly providing a stamp of approval for you, closing the trust gap quicker

The common thread here? You want to be in spaces where your dream clients and collaborators CHOOSE to be in that world, not one that was sprung upon them by an algorithm or from accounts they don’t even follow because “they might like this”...

You make more of an impact AND imprint when you meet your audience in more intimate, high-trust spaces, where your thinking and message is absorbed with undivided attention. You don’t have to compete for attention when you orient towards non-algorithmic spaces.

This is exactly where we’re focusing on in Pitch Perfect. Making sure you get placed in the right rooms through relational-based pitching, where your visibility expands through true partnership, and where your message echoes LONG after you share.

Earlybird doors are open right now for $300 off ‘til April 13th! DM me if you have any questions and keep following along for more non-algorithmic visibility strategies 🪞
