For many years, when I started, I thought fitness was only about appearance.
Today, I see training in a completely different way.
I train to:
- have energy,
- stay healthy,
- be present,
- age with quality,
- remain active beside my family.
The physique is just a consequence.
Real strength is showing up every day:
as a man,
as a father,
as a boyfriend,
as the leader of your own life.
