DERBY DELIGHT! 🔴❤️
Manchester United triumphed over Manchester City at Joie Stadium, securing a spot in their third consecutive FA Cup final. Goals from Celin Bizet and Grace Clinton gave United a 2-0 lead by halftime.
In the second half, goalkeeper Phallon Tullis-Joyce stood out with a stunning double-save. She pushed Yui Hasegawa's free-kick onto the crossbar and denied Lily Murphy’s header on the rebound, thwarting City’s best chance of the match.
This remarkable victory sends United to Wembley once again, as they aim for another FA Cup trophy. On 18 May, they will face WSL leaders Chelsea in a rematch of last year’s final, which Chelsea narrowly won 1-0.
