Running the French Riviera! On the weekend I took part in a relay marathon and I surprised myself 🫶🏽

But what I noticed is how much my body looooves the stretch after a walk/run/gym. So I’ve been doing a few yoga poses after to get into those spots. And it’s been so beneficial 😍

So don’t feel like you have to do a full yoga class all the time. Sometimes your body just wants a bit of it!

This might be our last one for the year!

If you want something to change, YOU need to make a change.

Put yourself FIRST! Get your body moving with me next week.

21 days to loving your body a little bit more each day.

Don’t like yoga? That’s ok! Just look at the alternating yoga days as stretching relief for the workout days 🥰 I really loved that so many people hadn’t tried yoga before and enjoyed the stretching. So if that is you, don’t worry it is a GOOD thing!

Feeling 5% better after 21 days will be AMAZING! And it is achievable for you.

If you have friends overseas there are Euro, Pound, dollar and Aus dollar payment options too ❤
