We believe education should do more than prepare young people for exams. It should prepare them for life.

Since moving to Portugal, I’ve been a beginner in friendships, sport, culture… and life. And that’s exactly what helped me grow.

When you step outside the environment you’ve always known, growth stops being optional, it becomes necessary.

Nearly 4 years later, it’s still the best decision I’ve ever made.

Make two people proud: your 8-year-old self and your 80-year-old self.

Trust that you’ll figure it out.

Education has become very good at measuring performance…

But not always very good at developing people.

Students don’t just need knowledge.

They need confidence.
They need resilience.
They need belief in themselves.

When young people feel safe… supported… and understood…

They learn better.
They perform better.
They grow into stronger humans.

If we want better results in education…We don’t just need smarter systems.

We need more human ones.
