What a moment — standing on the podium with my daughter, celebrating 1st place for both Best Overall Adults Team and Kids & Teens Team at Grappling Industries! I couldn’t be prouder of our entire team. To be achieving this kind of success in competitions within just 12 months of being open is truly incredible.

This is just the beginning — we have world championship goals, and the fire is only growing.

Huge thank you to my coaches and for not only inspiring me to become the coach I am today but also for all the guidance and support in learning how to actually run an academy. Couldn’t do it without you!

Big shout out to my gym partner, good friend, and student that at the age of 51, trains BJJ/No-Gi a minimum of 6x per week, does strength training with me 2x per we and lives a super healthy lifestyle. He's in amazing shape, won his first BJJ tournament, and keeps me pushing hard in the gym as he now can outlift me on many exercises 😂

It's never too late to get in the best shape of your life, start a new hobby, and overall, just keep pushing to become a better version of yourself every day!!!
