March is here and with it comes one of the best times of the year, Spring is around the corner 🍃

The days start getting longer, the sun shows up a little more, and the energy shifts.

You can feel it in the atmosphere, in the workouts, and of course in the good mood of our staff.

There was a time when women could not vote.
A time when the course of our lives depended on decisions made by others, often by husbands, fathers, or by a society that believed our place was only one.

But there were also women who did not accept that.
Women who fought, who spoke when they were asked to remain silent, who paved the way so that today we can choose, decide, vote, work, lead, and dream about the life we want.

And for that reason, we must always celebrate this day, even if only to honor all those who fought for us.

We fought for equal rights not because we are the same in everything, but because we deserve the same opportunities and respect.

And the truth is, yes there are differences, and perhaps that is exactly what makes being a woman even more extraordinary.

We are strong and sensitive.
Determined and caring.
Capable of building, transforming… and even creating life.

Houve uma altura em que as mulheres não podiam votar.�Uma altura em que o rumo da nossa vida dependia de decisões tomadas por outros, muitas vezes pelos maridos, pelos pais ou por uma sociedade que achava que o nosso lugar era apenas um.

Mas houve também mulheres que não aceitaram isso.�Mulheres que lutaram, que falaram quando lhes pediam silêncio, que abriram caminho para que hoje possamos escolher, decidir, votar, trabalhar, liderar e sonhar com a vida que queremos e por isso temos sempre de celebrar este dia nem que seja para homenagear todas as que lutaram por nós.

Lutámos pela igualdade de direitos, não porque somos iguais em tudo, mas porque merecemos as mesmas oportunidades e respeito.
E a verdade é que sim, existem diferenças e talvez seja exatamente isso que torna ser mulher ainda mais extraordinário.

Somos fortes e sensíveis.�Determinadas e cuidadoras.�Capazes de construir, transformar… e até gerar vida.

Over the years, we’ve had the joy of seeing many love stories begin right here.
Stories that crossed continents, of people who met in this very place and went on to build a life together.
We’re incredibly proud to have been part of these moments.
Here are two stories where our bakery became the very first stage of something unforgettable.
