As practitioners, we often meet clients whose pain has different roots, different patterns, and different needs.
This 3-day advanced Thai Yoga Massage training is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of back pain and expand your therapeutic toolkit.
Together we'll explore different approaches and protocols, working with the muscles, energy lines, abdomen and spine, as well as dynamic techniques and the use of feet, knees and elbows.
The focus isn't on following a fixed routine, but on learning to assess, adapt and respond to the person in front of you.
For experienced Thai Massage practitioners and floor-based bodyworkers ready to deepen their practice.

The most valuable part of learning Thai Yoga Massage isn't how many techniques you know.
It's learning how to observe, how to respond, and how to work with another person's body in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and grounded.
Over two weeks, you'll move beyond memorising sequences into developing the qualities that shape a skilled practitioner: sensitivity, presence, confidence, and clarity.
Whether you're beginning a new professional path or expanding your existing work, this training offers the structure and support to help you build those foundations.
There’s still time to join the practitioner training, starting soon!

These immersions offer a playful yet in-depth exploration of movement and posture, creating space in the body, deepening strength, and refining alignment. We focus on regulating the nervous system and returning to our physical, emotional, and mental axis.
The Scaravelli inspired approach invites us to work with gravity, free the breath, and release habitual tension, allowing for effortless, easeful movement. Through curiosity and connection, we rediscover the body’s innate capacity for balance, resilience, and freedom.
Next one is 6th of September, Little Yoga Space, 10:30-12:30

One of the biggest myths in modern wellness is that healing is something we should be able to do entirely on our own.
If we just learn enough. Read enough. Meditate enough. Optimise enough.
But human beings have never developed in isolation.
From our very first moments, our nervous system learns through relationship. Through being soothed, supported, mirrored, challenged, respected and loved.
That doesn't mean we become dependent on others for our wellbeing. It means that relationships continue to shape us throughout our lives.
A thoughtful practitioner doesn't heal someone. A mentor doesn't heal someone. A teacher doesn't heal someone.
What they can do is create a relationship in which new experiences become possible.
Experiences of being heard. Of remaining in choice. Of feeling safe enough to experiment with a different way of being.
Those experiences can gradually reshape how we relate to ourselves.
And perhaps that's what healing is really about.
Not becoming someone new.
But becoming more available to the person we've always been.

Let’s connect in this world of disconnect.
Thai Yoga Massage is more than bodywork. It’s a practice of presence, of listening, of returning to our natural capacity for connection.
In this introductory workshop, we’ll explore how touch, movement, and mindfulness can help us reconnect with ourselves and one another. You’ll learn a simple yet powerful sequence to release tension, restore energy, and cultivate calm - something you can share with friends, family, or integrate into your existing practice.
