In this video, I continue to share a moment from my private Ginga class with Liron. 🧡

After observing and feeling her dance through Kizomba/Semba, in this class we worked more specifically on Ginga, exploring body movement, hip mobility, connection with the ground, posture, coordination and, above all, body awareness.

Ginga is not just a movement. It is a way of feeling, interpreting and expressing the music through the body. ✨

In my private classes, each exercise is designed according to the needs and level of each student, respecting their individual learning process while maintaining a connection to the roots of Angolan dance.
