Weekend in full! 🫂🤍 450 practitioners reunited to practice with Abhijata Iyengar, in the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Spanish Association of Iyengar Yoga.

So inspiring! Her wisdom. Her sweet touching words. Patchi’s impeccable translation. The beautiful example of commitment and hard work.

First encounter of the Iyengar Yoga Community in Portugal 🇵🇹 celebrating yoga and union with a shared practice guided by the senior teacher Inês Forjaz at .

Happy to see the community consolidating and growing as it included certified teachers and teachers in training or mentoring. Others joined online from different areas of Portugal. There was a warm and very social atmosphere ☺️✨ looking forward to the next gathering!

Another bachelorette party practicing yoga! 💗 This time it was Alice’s 👰, visiting from Valladolid, Spain 🇪🇸. We enjoyed a fun and invigorating practice (yes, in pink leggings!) to open their weekend. Thanks Paula for the opportunity!

PRIVATE CLASSES | Last year, I had the opportunity to guide these beautiful students, both in person and through online 1:1 private sessions, at different stages of their lives.

Many of them have been my students for years now. I love observing how their practice and their bodies evolve, and knowing that I can contribute to helping them feel better.
