Ate sempre...

Brilhemos....

Yesterday I was again showed how life is so unfair and short... a beautiful soul Sonia Rosa Brito has gone back to the stars... She is part of my childhood memories, my visits to Lagos my home town, and a omnipresent being in my life. So is her husband. the love of her life, as she was his... In these moments we become speechless, a thunderstorm of thoughts and emotions runs through our mind, body and soul. We may be taken to the stars without notice, the words we said maybe the last ones, or the silences, the smiles, the tears. And here I remember how my path keeps being the one of finding love, contentment, empathy and joy. For some this is easy, for me it is not, I so many times lt myself be taken through dark emotions and feelings, not being able to rationalize and let go of what doesn´t serve me. Today I wanted to share here the turbulence I am feeling today... and vow to keep going and allowing joy, happiness, love, respect and presence to be part of my daily life. To all of you that I haven´t said in person how much I love you, how important you were and are in my journey and life, please when you read this message know that. Despite of the distance, time and silences. You are all part of me. Bless you all for your journeys and path... remember always to be kind. Sonia was. and her loss is unbearable but also she left a seed of love and hope to all that crossed her path. Shine Bright my friend....

YOGA. Today is the day to celebrate this amazing life ideology. I can only be blessed by the learnings, the changes, the resilience, the love, the transformation YOGA brought to my life. I can only be grateful for the various souls I connected with through yoga. This practice showed me we belong. We belong to each other. We choose the vibration of the people who our heart chose to smile to. As we are one. ONE HEART, ONE SOUL.

Today is a reminder. That all is possible even if difficult. That love smooths the suffering we endure in life. And that loving each other is not vulnerability but courage. Being there as we can, with love, acceptance and hope. One step everyday to be better, thanking all the lessons learned despite of the shape and form. Hopefully bringing that knowledge and love back into our hearts will help us transform. Us and the world, in order to be a better place.

DARE. YOGA. LOVE
