✨As Pilates teachers, we spend our days helping others become stronger, healthier, more confident, and happier. But we can’t pour from an empty cup.

✨Taking care of ourselves is just as important as taking care of our clients. When we feel strong, healthy, and connected to our bodies, we can share that energy with everyone who comes to the studio.

I made a promise to myself: no matter how busy my life gets, I will always try to find time for my practice and do everything I can to keep that promise, because I know I can only give the best to others when I put my own well-being first.
