5th place - European University Championships 🇦🇱

After 5 high-level fights, I’m very happy with my performance, but still leaving with a bittersweet taste. After all the hard work leading up to and during this competition, I know I deserved to go home with a medal in my hands

After winning 3 intense matches, I lost the semi-final by a tight 6-6 margin (senshu), and then fell short of the podium by just 1 point in the bronze final

Coming off a tough end to last season and starting this one feeling undervalued, I’m proud of the way I fought and of what I showed

5th place isn’t where I wanted to finish, but I’m proud of the way I fought and everything I left on the tatami

BIG thank you to .pvc for the support and opportunity, very proud to represent my university at the highest level; to everyone that helped me during the preparation for this championship: , , , .pint0 , .r.f.pimas , and last but not least .mendes__ for also being with me during it every second of the way 🙏🏻

After a difficult and unexpected end to the season, I realized that this year is still worth celebrating as it was my first season as a senior.

I started the season strong with two medals at the Mediterranean Championships in the junior category, but just two weeks later I suffered a setback with a recurring elbow injury.

Despite that, I finished the season with three national titles in three new categories:

🏆 Senior National Champion
🏆 U21 National Champion
🏆 University National Champion

These results took me to No. 1 in the national rankings in both U21 & Senior, earning me the selections for the U21 European Championships and, later, for my very first Senior European Championships.

This season gave me far more than results. It gave me lessons, unforgettable memories, and experiences that will stay with me for a long time.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support me, no matter the outcome. 🤍
