And apparently only 43.4 according to WHOOP… so I’ll happily take that! 😂😜

Feeling grateful for the life I get to live, the people I share it with, and all the adventures, challenges and surprises along the way.

Still curious. Still chasing dreams. And definitely not planning to slow down anytime soon! ⚔️🌈

🚴‍♀️ REALIDADES DO CICLISMO

🇬🇧 Some races go according to plan. Others throw a little sand in your way… quite literally! 😂🫣 A crash, a few battle scars, but like a true Viking, I wasn’t going down without a fight! ⚔️ And sometimes there’s even a podium waiting at the finish line! 🥉😜 Not exactly the race I planned, but definitely one I’ll remember! ❤️

🇧🇷 Algumas provas saem conforme o planejado. Outras colocam um pouquinho de areia no caminho… literalmente! 😂🫣 Um tombo, algumas marcas de batalha, mas, como uma verdadeira viking, eu não ia desistir sem lutar! ⚔️ E às vezes ainda tem um pódio esperando na chegada! 🥉😜 Não foi exatamente a prova que eu planejei, mas com certeza foi uma que vou lembrar! ❤️

LAST RACE OF 2026… I THINK! 😅🚴‍♀️

Today was all about riding strong, testing the legs and bringing some good numbers home for my coach.

And I think we can tick those boxes! 💪🏼

Some really encouraging power numbers and a good feeling about where my fitness is heading.

Unfortunately, the day also came with a unexpected souvenir… 🫣

A sandy corner, a slide across the road and a reminder that cycling always has something new to teach us. 😅

But I’m happy with the performance, the progress and the work we’ve been putting in.

If this really was my last race of 2026, it’s a pretty good way to close the season.

Now let’s see what we can build from here. 🌈
